As Business Development Manager - Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving this vision forward by:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver exceptional client experiences, align with company objectives, and drive growth for the BMO Corporate Card portfolio.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams within BMO to bring high-impact marketing initiatives to life for BMO Corporate Card clients.
  • Focusing on results-driven outcomes, establishing regular reporting frameworks to optimize marketing efforts and inform program planning.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lifecycle Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans that drive measurable impact against strategic objectives, consistently meeting brand standards.
  • Strategy & Marketing Intelligence: Conduct research to support planning, communicate key insights to different audiences, and craft comprehensive narratives and proposals.
  • Budget Planning & Management: Support management of marketing budget allocated for client lifecycle marketing, tracking spend and status against plan on a regular basis.
  • Risk Management & Control: Ensure compliance with current rules and regulations, manage audit requirements, and maintain accurate documentation.
