About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Patient Coordinator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of new patients into our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our experienced team to provide exceptional patient care and service.
  • Manage patient scheduling, statuses, and relations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with patient emergency calls.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Participate in staff meetings and committee meetings to contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • 1 year of administration experience in a dental office setting (asset).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and orthodontic management software systems (asset).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, doctors, and team members.
