Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ahmad Shahbaz Sheikh Medicine Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks within the office.
  • Support Medical Staff: Assist medical professionals with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer top-notch service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Develop and Implement Office Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
