Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of organization.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
