Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests.
**Duties**:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and develop new recipes
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in the hospitality or food industry
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to guide kitchen staff effectively
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in bartending or mixology is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
