Webber, LLC is seeking a skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair roadways, including potholes, striping, and reflectors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as litter and debris removal, and vegetation control.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including snow removal and sanding equipment.
- Work at heights and in confined spaces, as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
Work will be performed in a variety of outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions. The employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
