Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment and systems
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supervise other workers and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
