Road Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and other infrastructure assets.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure assets.
- Set up and remove traffic control devices, including cones, message boards, and temporary signage.
- Operate a variety of equipment, including bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
- Repair and maintain basic electrical systems, including emergency telephones, CCTV systems, and electronic traffic signs.
- Transport crew and equipment to work sites, operating large trucks and specialized motor vehicles.
- Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including emergency response rotations and overtime work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
This role requires working in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, and exposure to traffic and other hazards.
The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and work at heights, as well as use manual and powered tools and equipment.
