Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and other infrastructure assets.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance principles and practices. You will work closely with our operations team to identify and address maintenance needs, and develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and safety of our infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of roadways, bridges, and other infrastructure assets.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including trucks, excavators, and other heavy machinery, to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and safety of our infrastructure assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by our operations team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in infrastructure maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic and outside weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions to perform maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance principles and practices, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
