Support Services Officer Job Description
The Support Services Officer role at 21 Century is a dynamic position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize office operations and ensure compliance.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in an office setting.
- Permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
