Pacific Coast Roofing & Contracting Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our administrative functions. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity;
- Establish work priorities and ensure compliance with established protocols;
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school graduation certificate;
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
