About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CanWel Building Materials. As a key member of our Kelowna office, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day administration and support functions of our busy team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter inbound shipments and vendor claims.
  • Enter credit notes and daily invoicing of customer orders.

About You

You have a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail. You are a skilled coordinator with experience in handling confidential information and providing excellent support to various teams.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline is an asset.
  • High-school education is a minimum requirement.
