About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Legal Coordinator to join our team at Montgomery Miles & Stone Law Firm. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with various tasks related to the preparation and maintenance of legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including scheduling appointments, preparing and distributing documents, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
