About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Specialist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of claims, including those related to liability, property, and casualty insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze claims to determine liability and coverage
- Communicate with claimants, brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims
- Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders
- Manage a high-volume caseload and meet productivity standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with claimants, brokers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as insurance or business
- Professional designation, such as PAA or FPAA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
