Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is a leading hospitality company seeking a Director, Franchise Sales and Development to drive business growth in Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying franchise opportunities, negotiating deal terms, and executing hotel franchise agreements. They will also manage relationships with existing partners, attend industry events, and submit forecasts and reports.

Requirements
  • Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
  • New Construction Development Knowledge.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Experience in franchise sales organization(s) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in business/relationship development.
  • Must have demonstrated proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota.
  • Required to travel approximately 80% of time.
