About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, including sales managers and account executives.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, systems, costs, and results.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable.
  • 10-12 years of experience in sales management in a consulting, high-tech, or service-related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations.
  • A strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
  • Experience working and winning with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strategic planning and execution experience.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and gross profit/revenue expectations.
  • Experience implementing sales methodology that drives solutions and services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual – French and English – highly desirable.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
