Job Summary:
">The Clinical Services Coordinator is a vital member of the interdisciplinary team in our Inpatient Unit. As a key player in providing exceptional patient care, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between healthcare providers.
">About the Role:
">In this dynamic role, you will be working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Your day-to-day activities will include receptionist duties, clerical tasks, and patient records management. You will also be booking tests, maintaining supplies, and coordinating unit administrative functions.

- Ensuring medical records, lab reports, and patient records are accurate, completed, and securely stored while being readily accessible to healthcare providers">
- Booking tests and procedures">
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering as needed">
- Coordinating unit administrative functions to ensure efficient patient flow">
- Assisting in the operation of the unit and responding to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- ">
- A Medical Office Administration or Health Care Office Administration certificate">
- At least one year of experience within the last three years as a Unit Clerk">
- Knowledge of medical terminology, alpha, and terminal digit filing systems">
- General clerical experience, including reception, filing, and ordering supplies">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette">
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision">
- Demonstrated computer knowledge and skills, including Electronic Patient Record systems">
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position">
- Excellent attendance record">
Compensation:
">The estimated salary for this role is $26.33-$28.60 per hour, based on the job requirements and industry standards.
">Working Environment:
">This role requires flexibility to work various shifts and occasional changes in hours to meet operational needs.
