Job Summary:
HyLife is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for payment
- Manage vendor relationships and communicate with external parties
- Reconcile statements and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Basic training or experience using MS Office software
- Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Grade 12 education
- 3 years' experience in a computerized office environment is an asset
- Basic accounting knowledge would be an asset
