Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bakery Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient bakery operations.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses to ensure the bakery's financial stability.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine the optimal staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or retail environment.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and attention to detail.
Our bakery operates in a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this setting.
Language and Work Hours:The work language is English, and the work hours are 35 hours per week.
