Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient bakery operations.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and merchandise for resale, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to meet business needs.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
The bakery is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
