Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality products.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Product Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs to optimize profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with regular exposure to flour, sugar, and other ingredients. They will also be required to wear a uniform and follow all health and safety protocols.
