Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Cedars Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of bakers and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to produce high-quality products.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and career goals.
- Product Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
