Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient bakery operations.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and plan schedules to meet business demands.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
