Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Terra Losa Medical Clinic. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Key Responsibilities- Interview Patients
Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate and detailed case histories, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
Schedule AppointmentsEfficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to patients and staff.
Manage Insurance ClaimsAccurately complete and submit insurance claim forms, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
Coordinate Travel ArrangementsArrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to patients and staff.
Develop Office ProceduresEstablish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
Prepare Medical ReportsEnter and format electronic medical reports and correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review as needed.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced medical office environment.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language used in this role.
