Insurance Account Representative/Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Representative/Account Manager to join our team at Jameel Lalji - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Insurance Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Insurance Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales or account management role.
- Education: A university degree or college diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Licenses and Certifications: A valid Property and Casualty license (OTL or RIBO) and a willingness to obtain a Life license (LLQP).
