About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at BrokerLink Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing commercial insurance accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing proactive and reactive support to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our Commercial Insurance Account Executives to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Process and manage commercial insurance paperwork, including applications, endorsements, and invoices
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, underwriters, and adjusters to resolve client issues and negotiate renewals
  • Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications
Requirements
  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 2-5 years' experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Commercial insurance experience and RIBO License are assets
  • Exposure to Epic and previous sales experience are also assets
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
