About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Jennifer Charlebois-Robillard - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Insurance Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, identifying opportunities to provide additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Product and Service Development: Collaborate with the Agent to develop and implement new insurance products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote our insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Insurance Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and services, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in insurance software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance, and relevant insurance certifications, such as a Property and Casualty license.
