About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential customers to discuss their insurance needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with our agent team to establish and meet marketing goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
