Job Description

Fiesta Motors seeks an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • HR Support: Train staff and resolve conflict situations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
