Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Percy John Flooring Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, customer data, and other relevant information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make other travel arrangements as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
