About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERCY JOHN FLOORING LTD. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other related materials.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office routines, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Senior Management Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
