Communication and Customer ServiceAnswer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Data ManagementCompile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
Advisory RoleProvide advice and guidance to senior management on administrative matters.
Supply Chain ManagementOrder office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Interdepartmental LiaisonLiaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Travel ArrangementsArrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as required.
Front Desk ReceptionGreet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Information ManagementSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Document PreparationType and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Data EntryPerform data entry tasks to support business operations.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Database ManagementMaintain and manage digital databases to support business decision-making.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
