Job Title: Facilities Maintenance and Supervision Specialist

$25.50 hourly rate, with 55-60 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of light-duty cleaners, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to guarantee adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Create and manage work schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Provide training or arrange for training of cleaning staff members.
  • Handle lost items and attend to customers' requests for extra supplies or other necessities.
  • Transport between work locations as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of secondary school education is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in high-risk area cleaning (airplanes, airports, isolation units) or as a cleaning supervisor is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is essential for transporting to clients' locations.
  • The ability to supervise a team of 1-7 light-duty cleaners per shift is crucial.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding conditions. It involves combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling, with occasional standing for extended periods.

Weight Handling:

The maximum weight handled should not exceed 30 lbs.

Language Requirements:
