Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Inspect Sites or Facilities: Conduct regular site visits to inspect facilities and ensure they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repairs, or replacements, and recommend them to management.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to our cleaning staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
