Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a noisy and wet/damp environment, with a fast-paced work setting in a restaurant. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 35 to 40 hours per week.
