Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at O/A Petro Canada/A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations and Logistics: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for business improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced food service establishment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
