About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Grainger. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

• Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a sales or business development role in an industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of industrial products and services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
