Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
