Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop assigned customer groups through personalized engagement and solution development
  • Follow up on daily sales leads and prospects to identify new opportunities
  • Identify key customer needs and align them with our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and related fields
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
