Job Summary

As a key member of the Church's Chicken team, the Business Development Director will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish objectives for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegating authority to them. The Business Development Director will also represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority to them

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
