Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 0941999 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English language
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
