Job Title: Executive Chef

Delight Street Eats Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence in our menu offerings.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Our kitchen is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. As an Executive Chef, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality food products.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in our kitchen. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees and customers.Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
