We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our discerning customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Staff Training and Development

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
