We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent culinary skills, and strong attention to detail.
