Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field, plus a Professional Designation (e.g., OTL or General Insurance Agent License)
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in business development and sales within the insurance industry, complemented by 3+ years in a managerial role, leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strategic, progressive, and results-driven leader with well-developed analytical skills and an understanding of commercial, farm, residential, and automobile risk evaluation
- Resilient problem-solving and smart decision-making abilities, along with the ability to leverage data-driven insights and implement innovative solutions
- Highly adaptable with a proven track record of driving change, optimizing processes, and achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients, business partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborative and independent thinker, capable of leading initiatives while partnering effectively across departments to achieve Company objectives

- Knowledge of reinsurance practices and maintain industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, insurance software, and business technology tools
- Valid Driver's Licence, reliable transportation, able and willing to travel as required
