Your Opportunity

As a Co-op or Intern Student, you will join our Administration Team in a 4-month work term where you will be responsible for:

  1. Performing clerical duties such as typing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, mass mailings, and internal mail delivery
  2. Providing tax return assembly support to the Administration Team
  3. Data entry duties while paying close attention to detail
  4. Collecting data, generating reports, and updating internal software systems
  5. Supporting professional staff and other administrative staff with tasks as requested
  6. Developing and maintaining productive working relationships
  7. Supporting with invoicing

Your Qualifications

You will be currently working towards a degree or diploma in office administration, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. You will have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork, ability to prioritize workload, flexibility to manage multiple tasks, proven leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and with confidential and time-sensitive information.
