Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will work closely with clients and various departments to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including construction managers, architects, and engineers, to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
