We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our watermain and sewer projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.

**Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing watermain and sewer projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, execution, and closure
  • Oversee and coordinate work crews to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to address project challenges
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues and resolutions
  • Mentor and train team members to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
