Senior Customer Service Representative Job Description

About the Role:

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at GoodLife Fitness, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional experiences and serving as the primary point of contact for members and prospective members. Your passion for fitness, strong communication skills, and peak attitude will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings, ensuring member needs are met promptly and courteously
  • Handle member inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Book appointments to accommodate member needs
  • Sell and answer questions regarding memberships and other services
  • Adhere to and promote monthly marketing initiatives
  • Manage club supply inventory and place orders
  • Track equipment maintenance and repair logs
  • Run club errands and conduct bank runs
  • Plan and organize club events
