Restaurant Operations Manager

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a diverse team to achieve and maintain high standards of operation
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targeted costs
- Manage team members with open communication and understanding, promoting a respectful team environment
- Work closely with the Restaurant Owner to support the success of the business
- Flexible scheduling to suit your needs
- Employee meal discount and premium rate of pay
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- 1+ years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
- Strong operational experience and knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
